All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any purchases made on our website, including but not limited to:

CPE certificates

🔁 Rescheduling (if applicable)
If you booked a live service (e.g., coaching session), you may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us at contact@pierrethewoman.com. No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture without refund or rescheduling.
📦 Digital Delivery
All services and digital products are delivered electronically. Once purchased, they are considered fully rendered and non-returnable.
