7) Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
- No refunds. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services once access is granted.
- If a file is defective or inaccessible, we will replace access upon request within 7 days. This does not include refunds.
8) Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via your account or in writing.
- Cancelations must follow the posted policy timeline.
9) User Content & Conduct
- You are responsible for any content you submit or share.
- Do not post unlawful or harmful content.
10) Intellectual Property
All materials, text, graphics, videos, and software are the property of Pierre The Woman Inc.. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

You agree that all materials, ideas, concepts, videos, methods, documents, frameworks, recordings, templates, and other proprietary resources (“Confidential Information”) provided by Pierre The Woman Inc. are and remain the exclusive property of the Company. These obligations survive indefinitely beyond the termination of any service, course, or membership relationship with the Company. You acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure or competition causes irreparable harm, and the Company may pursue injunctive relief, damages, and all available legal remedies.

23) Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant purchase in the last 3 months.

25) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 888-295-7275. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages weekly based on your relationship with the organization. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
